Responsibilities of an Office Administrator:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and communications (calls, emails, correspondence).
  • Maintain organized records, handle data entry, and manage office supplies.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Candidates must ensure they have a valid family book.
