  • Provide high-level administrative support to executive team members
  • Organize and maintain office systems, including file management and database upkeep
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial record-keeping
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events as needed
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other external partners
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Supervise and train administrative staff as required
