Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage the operations of the customer service department, including interaction with the warehouse, sales department, and shipment control.
  • Ensure efficient and timely customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and oversee the processing of customer orders, track their fulfillment, and provide timely updates to customers regarding any delays or changes.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with the sales department and warehouse to ensure smooth order fulfillment and optimal inventory levels.
  • Monitor shipments and deliveries, including logistics coordination and adherence to delivery schedules.
  • Analyze data and generate reports on customer service performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement measures to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in management or a business-related field.
  • Previous experience as a customer service manager or in related fields such as sales or logistics.
  • Excellent organizational and managerial skills, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in computer tools.
  • Excellent customer service skills, building long-term relationships, and delivering high-quality service.
  • Excellent for using Excel
