Are you an experienced and proactive professional ready to take charge of office operations? Eire Gulf Interiors is looking for a dedicated Office Coordinator/Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our fit-out firm’s office in Dubai!
Position Summary
In this role, you will ensure efficient office administration, manage logistics and vehicle coordination, support HR tasks, liaise with vendors, and maintain health and safety standards. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
🔑 Manage daily office administration and maintain an organized workspace.
🔑 Coordinate with third-party IT administrators and oversee IT needs.
🔑 Support HR-related tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and leave management.
🔑 Organize logistics for site teams and manage company vehicle assignments.
🔑 Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and oversee training and drills.
🔑 Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications & Skills
✅ Proven experience in office coordination or management (fit-out/construction industry preferred).
✅ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
✅ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
✅ Knowledge of HR practices and health and safety regulations.
✅ Experience in logistics and vehicle coordination is highly desirable.
