Lead and organize our office operations as an Office Manager! We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to ensure the smooth functioning of our workplace and support various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and procedures.
  • Supervise administrative staff and allocate tasks.
  • Coordinate with department heads for efficient workflow.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Handle budgeting and financial record-keeping.
  • Assist in Human Resources -related tasks, such as recruitment and onboarding.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent leadership and supervisory abilities.
  • Proficient in office software and communication tools.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
