Office Manager

 

Description:

We are a leading entity in Dubai, looking for a proactive and organized Office Manager to oversee HR, Administration, Finance, Catering, and Facilities for our two Dubai-based entities. This key role involves uniting and managing the Support team to ensure seamless office operations.

 

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • HR Management: Handle employee documentation, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring compliance and smooth processes.
  • Office Administration: Lead the Administration team in managing events, travel, insurance, office facilities, and IT services.
  • Finance & Compliance: Monitor office expenses, support finance processes, and manage compliance activities, including liaison with global teams.

 

To be eligible for this role you will require:

  • 15+ years of experience in HR, Administration, or Office Management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of international immigration laws, tax regulations, and employment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with global mobility and compliance is a plus.
  • Must be UAE / Dubai Local
