Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring they have a positive experience.

• Manage meeting schedules and coordinate office activities.

• Provide refreshments to guests and ensure their comfort.

• Support staff with travel arrangements, including booking tickets and handling related administrative tasks.

• Respond to WhatsApp inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team.

• Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.

 

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

• Friendly, professional, and presentable demeanor.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

• Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office and email systems.

• Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
