This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Secretary at Tashareek General Contracting L.L.C in Dubai. The Office Secretary will be responsible for:

  • Quotations preparation
  • Purchase orders preparation
  • Customer service
  • Providing executive administrative assistance.

 

The role will involve handling company secretarial work and ensuring smooth operations within the office.

 

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years experience
  • Clerical Skills, including data entry, filing, and record keeping
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in Company Secretarial Work
  • Executive Administrative Assistance, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues
