Job Summary: As a Makeup Artist & Sales Associate for Bella in a leading retailer at "Faces", you will be responsible for delivering outstanding makeup application services, promoting our products, and providing an unforgettable beauty experience for our customers. Your expertise in makeup artistry, strong interpersonal skills, and deep understanding of current beauty trends will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand's reputation and achieving the highest sales targets by fostering customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Makeup Application:
- Provide professional and personalized makeup services to clients, adhering to their preferences and occasions.
- Demonstrate exceptional makeup techniques and product knowledge to create various looks, from natural to glamorous, while ensuring the highest quality and hygiene standards.
- Customer Engagement and Driving Sales:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, building positive relationships and understanding their makeup needs.
- Provide beauty consultations, recommend suitable products, and educate customers on makeup application techniques.
- Boost sales while achieving line and sales target by employing your knowledge of makeup.
- Follow up on the achievement of goals after the launch of new products at the store level.
- Product Promotion:
- Showcase Bella Beauty products effectively, highlighting their features and benefits during makeup sessions.
- Act as a brand ambassador by wearing and promoting Bella Beauty products in a professional and authentic manner.
- Trend Awareness:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest makeup trends, techniques, and industry developments to offer innovative and on-trend makeup looks.
- Hygiene and Cleanliness:
- Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe and clean workspace for both yourself and clients.
- Regularly sanitize and clean makeup tools and products to ensure optimal health and safety standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Makeup Artist, preferably in a professional setting or within the beauty industry.
- Language skills in both Arabic and English.
- Demonstrable portfolio showcasing a range of makeup styles and techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of makeup products, tools, and application methods.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse clientele.
- Passion for beauty, creativity, and a keen eye for detail.
- Professional training in makeup artistry or related field is preferred.
