Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Online Sales Specialist to drive the sales of our import and export products globally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining customer relationships. This position requires an individual with expertise in e-commerce, online marketing, and a thorough understanding of global trade practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Online Sales Platforms: Set up, manage, and optimize listings on various e-commerce and B2B platforms (such as Alibaba, Amazon, TradeIndia, and ExportHub).
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies for international markets, focusing on building a customer base in key regions.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify potential clients through online research and networking, and convert leads into sales through follow-up, negotiation, and excellent customer service.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify demand trends, customer needs, and competitive products to ensure effective product positioning.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and handling inquiries related to product offerings, order processing, and shipment.
- Coordinate Logistics: Work with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products.
- Digital Marketing & SEO: Assist with digital marketing efforts, including SEO for product listings, email campaigns, and social media marketing to increase online visibility.
- Sales Reporting: Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales and export transactions comply with international trade regulations, import/export documentation, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in online sales, international trade, or e-commerce.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of online sales platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Understanding of international trade, import/export processes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Fluency in multiple languages (English is required; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, Tamil, Urdu, or Persian is a plus).
