Operation Executive

Description:

We are looking for a potential candidate to join our operations team.

Candidate must have minimum 1 year experience in Freight Forwarding Company in UAE.

Roles & Responsibilities as following:

▪ Communicate and coordinate with shipping lines, air lines, agents and co-loaders with regards to rates, booking,
documentations and resolving any arising issues.

▪ Acknowledge the enquiries from the customers and agents.

▪ Prepares quotations/rates for local & overseas clients for both Air and Sea shipments, Assists customer’s inquiries,
complaints and issues.

▪ Efficient handling of Mirsal II declaration for Import and Export shipments, review and identify the customs
documentation requirements.

▪ Managing the entire process of Sea-Air, Air-Air, Transshipment’s Operations, well knowledge of Free zone, GCC
Countries Documentation.

▪ Communicate / correspond with International Agents, vendors and Consignees / Send pre-alerts / pre-advice /
arrival notice and ensure timely issuance of delivery orders, clearance and Delivery of Shipments.
