We are recruiting for Operation Manger for Dubai.
Experience Required: Min 7 to 10 Years of Experience
Qualification: Any Graduate with Relevant Experience
Job Profile:
- Oversee and manage operations across multiple countries ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Coordinate international shipments and develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain and logistics processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees across different countries.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s global presence.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Collaborate with the Company Director to develop and implement business strategies.
- Propose and drive innovative ideas to improve business operations and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Handle various ad-hoc tasks as required by the Company Director.
- Provide administrative and strategic support to the Company Director.
- Ensure timely and effective completion of assigned projects.
