Operation Manager

Description:

An exciting opportunity has come up for a large Childrens Activity Facility in Dubai. Our client is looking for an Operations Manager who will have the following responsibilities:

• Manage a Team
• Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Soft Play Centre and coordinate center activities.
• Maintain the required standards of health and safety, cleaning and security etc.
• Assist all customers using the leisure facilities.
• Must have active client portfolio

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor degree holder
• 3 – 5 years experience in F&B, Hospitality, or Catering field doing business development
• Must have previous/current experience in child play/soft play areas or similar industries at the operational management level
• Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of any European or Arabic languages would be a plus.
• Experienced in entertainment/ leisure soft play centers or in school with the same experience
