Position: Operations & Business Development Manager (Manned Guarding Services)

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must build, manage & lead the guarding division to ensure the security and protection of our clients assets, people and operations by coordinating security measures, implementing security policies and procedure, conducting risk assessment, analyzing security data providing recommendations to improve security measures and protocols and growing the business.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in security management or related fields including at least 5 years experience in a managerial position.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security professional (PSP) would be advantageous
• Excellent leadership, management, motivational and mentorship skills.
• Ability to analyze complex security data & provide actionable recommendations.
• Bachelor Degree holder in Business Management or any related field
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Multi-lingual and with experience working with diverse teams.
• With valid UAE Driving license
