Our client - a well known Food and Beverage business based in Dubai are on the lookout for a Factory Head / Operations Director.

FMCG experience is a must for this position a long with knowledge of supply chain, production and system orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations to meet production targets.
• Industry regulations and safety standards is a key responsibility.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Maintaining high product quality and safety standards is essential.
• Lead, mentor, and develop plant staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Budget management and cost control, along with optimizing resource allocation, are crucial.
• Equipment and facilities maintenance must be ensured.
• Coordination with procurement for a steady supply of raw materials is necessary.
• Logistics and inventory management will be overseen to ensure timely product delivery.
