Operations Executive required

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sea & Air Freight operations, customs clearance, and possess extensive knowledge of Dubai Trade, Calogi as well as good contacts with Airlines and Shipping Lines. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing the end-to-end logistics process and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Efficient management of sea and air freight operations.
• Keep a regular track of ongoing shipments.
• Maintain the Job Sheet.
• Coordinate with the airlines and shipping lines to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
• Handle and resolve any operational issues pertaining to the freight forwarding process.
• Make use of Dubai Trade, Calogi and available resources to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 1 year UAE experience in Sea & Air Freight operations and customs clearance.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai Trade platform and familiarity with relevant documentation and procedures.
• In-depth knowledge of Calogi & procedures at DNATA.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• UAE Driving License is an added advantage.
