✅ Handle on-ground guest services, ensuring a smooth experience from arrival to departure.
✅ Respond to agent inquiries professionally, providing well-presented offers and competitive rates.
✅ Process and confirm bookings with attention to detail and efficiency.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all services align with client itineraries.
✅ Address unforeseen issues and guest concerns with professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:
🔹 1-2 years of experience in DMC operations.
🔹 Strong coordination skills with hotels, transport providers, and ground operations.
🔹 A sincere, active, and detail-oriented professional eager to contribute to a growing team.
🔹 Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high service standards.
