  • Ensure smooth execution of compliance programs, capacity planning, process optimization, and regulatory engagements.
  • Drive efficiency through comprehensive project plans and stakeholder communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead compliance-related projects ensuring timely, scope-compliant, and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance team productivity.
  • Forecast resource needs and ensure optimal allocation.
  • Maintain compliance performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Mentor compliance staff and support their professional development.
  • Conduct operational risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Manage department budget effectively and identify cost optimization opportunities.
  • Communicate compliance updates and lead auditor interactions.
  • Drive employee engagement and uphold high ethical standards within the department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years in similar or relevant roles.
  • Strong understanding of risk management and project management principles.
  • Proven track record in managing teams, projects, and resources.
