• Candidates should have relevant experience in day to day operations
• Proven work experience in operations management with the fashion/textile/apparels industry
• Strong understanding of production processes, supply chain dynamics
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams for enhanced performance
• Must be based in UAE
• UAE experience mandatory
