The Role
Your Responsibilities Include
- Improving operational management systems, processes, and best practices
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- High-level resource planning and making strategic resource management decisions
- Developing, implementing, and reviewing operational procedures
- Learning our approach to digital marketing, and then performing as the ambassador for that approach
- Ensuring all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards
- Maximising the efficiency of all business procedures
- Motivating and inspiring individuals to improve their performance and success
Ideal Profile
- Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
- Good knowledge of operations management
- You have 3+ years of management experience (people and processes)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Analytical skills that help turn data into the right decisions
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Leadership ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Experience in a digital marketing company is a huge plus
- Detail oriented
