Operations Manager

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of operations and logistics staff, ensuring that all shipments are received and delivered on time and in accordance with customer requirements. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for monitoring and tracking all shipments, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and managing customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills
• 6+ Years Experience in logistics and supply chain management
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of import and export regulations and procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
