Role Overview:

As Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our daily operations, maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction, and improving our operational efficiency. You will be responsible for managing our fleet, people, and resources to meet and exceed our operational goals.

Basic tasks:

-Oversee the daily operations of the rental fleet, including maintenance, availability, and cleanliness.

- Implement strategies to improve rental operations and increase profitability.

– Managing and developing relationships with vendors and service providers.

– Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

- Lead, motivate, and manage the team to achieve operational excellence and provide outstanding customer service.

- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

- Coordination with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.

- Prepare and manage the operations budget, ensuring effective use of resources.
