Operations Manager

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at the Dubai location. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing the fleet of cranes, coordinating rental activities, and ensuring efficient and safe crane operations. He will also be responsible for managing logistics, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and maintaining inventory levels of spare parts and consumables.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of crane operations and maintenance
• Experience in managing operations in the heavy equipment industry
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage and supervise a team
• Good understanding of safety regulations and procedures
• Experience with crane rental is a plus
• Experience in working in the middle east
