Qualifications:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with the last 8 years spent in leadership roles within high-end, lifestyle-focused F&B venues in Dubai and Europe.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, profitability, and exceeding guest satisfaction targets in competitive luxury markets.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, menu development, costing, inventory control, and international fine dining standards.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a diverse team.
• Strong public relations acumen and experience building strategic partnerships within the hospitality industry.
• An undeniable passion for luxury hospitality, exceeding guest expectations, and creating a unique and memorable dining experience.
• A natural ambassador with excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable in interacting with high-net-worth clientele and creating lasting connections.
• Fluency in English is mandatory. Fluency in Italian, French, or Spanish is a strong.
