Description:

Software Requirements: The Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant should have the ability to configure, customize, and implement Oracle EBS modules such as Financials, HRMS, SCM, etc. They should also be proficient in developing and maintaining custom reports, interfaces, extensions, and workflows to enhance the functionality of Oracle EBS.

Overall Responsibilities: The responsibilities for this role include collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translating them into technical solutions within Oracle EBS. Additionally, the candidate should be responsible for conducting system integrations, data migrations, and providing ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle EBS applications.

Technical Skills:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in Oracle EBS with a focus on both technical and functional aspects
• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and database structure
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Workflow
• Experience with Oracle development tools and methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with business units and IT teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
