Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Oracle HCM (EBS+Fusion) expert located in Abu Dhabi. As an Oracle HCM (EBS+Fusion) expert, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as implementing and supporting HR and payroll systems, generating HR and payroll reports, managing employee records, and overseeing system upgrades and releases.

Qualifications

·      Having hands on knowledge of Oracle Apps R12 Oracle EBS HR (Core HR, Payroll, iRecruiting, Talent Management, Learning, Self Service (ESS&MSS))

·      And Oracle HCM Fusion Modules (Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, and Time & Labour)

·      Completed at least 3-4 full life cycle implementations.

·      Experience of identifying functional gaps and provide solutions.

·      Configure and test the application as per business requirement.

·      Excellent verbal and written communication and should be able to articulate, effectively coordinate with both internal and client teams.

·      Excellent oral and written communication skills.

·      Strong organizational, leadership and negotiation skills.

• ·      Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL.
