Oracle Hrms Developer

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle HRMS Developer to join our key client. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and proficiency in Oracle HRMS. Fluency in Arabic is preferred for effective communication with stakeholders. The successful candidate should be able to join immediately and will have the opportunity to extend the contract for an additional 6 months. This position is based in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs related to HRMS.

Design, develop, and implement solutions using Oracle HRMS modules.

Customize and configure Oracle HRMS to meet specific business requirements.

Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.

Perform system testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of HRMS applications.

Conduct data analysis and ensure data integrity within Oracle HRMS.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle HRMS-related issues.
