Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Administrator to join our team. The role involves managing incoming orders, ensuring accuracy in order processing, and maintaining clear communication with both customers and internal departments. This position is crucial in maintaining our commitment to excellent customer service and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Processing: Handle incoming orders promptly and accurately.
2. Communication: Liaise with customers regarding order status, inquiries, and issue resolution.
3. Inventory Management: Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
4. Data Entry: Maintain and update order records and customer information in the database.
5. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks to ensure order accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
6. Reporting: Prepare reports on order status, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics as needed.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in order processing or a similar role.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in using order management software and MS Office Suite.
