Order Management Specialist

Description:

• Responsible for branch related PSD activities
• Enter the order details in Plx.planning to ensure correct scheduling by the Delivery team.
• Update the Daily Priority schedule in conjunction with Stock Yard
• Advise internal and external customers on optimal billing models
• Coordinate with customers regarding deliveries and returns (Maintaining data accuracy in PSD and delivery calendar)
• Receive and register customer complaints & facilitate appropriate action
• Assist with capturing during Year End Stock Take
• Responsibilities for project management activities (if applicable)
• Drive business excellence through continuous improvement reporting
• To have a proactive responsibility and awareness for PERI L.L.C health & safety procedures related to the area of responsibility
