Kinetic has partnered with a leading Medical Devices company who are hiring an Order Processor to be based in Dubai.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Manage orders received via phone or email.
- Verify order accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all orders, shipments, and customer communications.
- Work with cross-functional teams with all aspects regarding ordering and shipping from the principals.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns regarding order status, shipment schedules, and product details.
- Monitor inventory levels to guarantee accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with suppliers and third-party service providers to ensure precise and smooth order fulfillment.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Only candidates currently based in the UAE will be considered.
- Must have previous UAE experience.
- BSc in Business Administration, Logistics, or similar.
- Previous experience in order processing, logistics, procurement, or any related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite mainly Excel and Dynamics 365.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
