Scope:

Assist the internal team on the following 3 dimensions:

Financial:

• Conduct resource mapping against multiple compensation structure options
• Conduct a financial impact analysis based on resource deployment options

Organisation structure:

• Establish baseline of resources based on current state discussions
• Compare baseline to expansion plans and assess impact
• Develop a detailed level organisation structure (current and To Be)
• Update the functional statements of L2 and L3

Job Descriptions:

• Conduct a gap analysis on JD library
• Develop JDs for missing roles.

Knowledge / expertise Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years in Organizational development function.
• Very good understanding of HRA requirements and policies on organizational changes.
• Expert in using excel or other statistical tools
• Expert in using Visio or other process mapping and visualization tools.
• Can articulate business requirements and link with the project outcomes.
