Description:
Academic Background & Professional Experience:
- 2 – 3+ years of experience in outbound sales calling & customer service (preferably in Calls, Chat and Email channels).
- Experience in a similar role in the online gaming sector, the e-commerce sector, credit card collections of Sports betting and casino industry is considered as an advantage
Required Knowledge / Skills / Languages:
- English, Hindi, Telugu (Optional), Tamil (Optional)
- Typing speed 40+ wpm
- Typing accuracy: 100%
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Be able to communicate both orally and in writing
- Must be skilled in closing the sale
- Must be organized, self-motivated, and possess excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle unforeseen goals
- Drive customer acquisition strategies through both, inbound and outbound campaigns
