We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Outdoor FF&E Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outdoor sales, with a deep understanding of the luxury residential and hospitality market. This role demands a refined aesthetic, a deep understanding of luxury, and a proven ability to create exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive FF&E strategies aligned with project goals.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify and procure high-end furniture, curtains, and rugs alongside decorative lighting.
- Collaborate seamlessly with interior designers, architects, contractors, buyers, procurement managers, and clients to deliver exceptional results.
- Prepare and manage FF&E budgets while adhering to project timelines and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Extensive knowledge experience with brands related to the FF&E industry.
- Stay abreast of the latest FF&E trends and industry developments.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in outdoor sales, preferably in the FF&E or luxury home furnishings industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in sales and CRM software.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possess a valid UAE driving license.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Knowledge of Arabic language is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in FF&E consulting or interior design.
- Proven track record in high-end interior design or FF&E consultancy.
- Strong understanding of FF&E products, materials, and sourcing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
