Outdoor Sales Representative

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive India or Pakistan to join our team .The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets by promoting and selling our range of auto spare parts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:

• Identify and approach potential customers, including garages, auto repair shops, distributors, and retailers.

• Promote and sell auto spare parts to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly.

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products to meet their requirements.

3. Product Knowledge and Training:

• Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s auto spare parts portfolio.

• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and market developments.

4. Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and submit sales reports, including sales forecasts, customer feedback, and competitor analysis.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

5. Other Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote the company and its products.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outdoor sales.

• Strong knowledge of auto spare parts.

• Fluency in Urdu is required.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.

• Valid driver’s license with own car.
