Outside Sales Representative

Description:

WardaBeauty is a cosmetics business launching its operations in Dubai. We are expanding our team and currently seeking enthusiastic and results-oriented Sales Representatives to join us in driving revenue growth and building lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

·        Actively seek out and engage potential customers to promote our products/services.

·        Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.

·        Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings.

·        Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and negotiation skills.

·        Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

·        Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

Requirements:

·        Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.

·        Familiarity with the Dubai market and an understanding of customer behavior.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·        Strong negotiation and closing skills.

·        Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
