Description:
We are seeking an experienced Owners Association Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Owners Association Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of owner associations, ensuring their efficient and effective management. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and driving the growth and profitability of our owner's association division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community management, including financial management, maintenance, and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and owners association bylaws.
- Ensure service providers' compliance with company SLAs and KPIs.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and optimize the buildings under management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Drive initiatives related to sustainability, environmental stewardship, and technology integration.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, vendors, and authorities.
- Regularly assess the performance and efficiency of building operations.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management and clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal developments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in owners' association management and horizontal communities.
- certification in property management or owners association management (e.g., CMCA, M100, PCAM).
- Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to owners' associations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in financial management and reporting.

- Technologically savvy with experience in property management software.
