Responsibilities:

1. Draft, review and amend all types of legal documents.

2. Draft terms and conditions and privacy policies for websites and applications.

3. Provide legal advice to clients on issues related to UAE laws.

4. Organise and maintain documents in a paper or electronic filing system.

5. Keeping track of changes in legal framework and providing timely updates on these changes

6. Conducting legal research as and when requested.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in law from a reputable university.

· Minimum of 1+ years of working experience in the same capacity.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Understanding of legal language and principles, r

· Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment.
