Description:
We are seeking to hire a dynamic and self-motivated Partner Success Manager to join our team, and to help us build this company from the ground up. Team members can expect to work in a dynamic, ambitious and fun environment. The Partner Success Manager is responsible for the successful onboarding, retention, growth and quality of the Partners on our platform.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding of new Partners: Including preparing and delivering all training and orientation programs for Partners who join the platform
- Reviewing Partners’ performance on a weekly basis, and meeting with them on a monthly basis to discuss their performance along Sales, Jobs Delivered, Average Ratings
- Monitor the quality delivered by our Partners and intervening where and when necessary with additional training or incentives
- Ensuring deployment of all platform’s tools and new features with all Partners, and making sure they use them in the correct manner
- Provide input on potential improvements to Operations and Product team by monitoring service delivery metrics
- Solving day to day issues that may arise with Partners in the delivery of services to the end-user
Background required:
- Minimum of 3-year experience in a similar role (partner management, operations). Experience in an Online-Based/ E-Commerce company is a plus.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a Management related field (e.g. Business, Marketing, Operations) from a reputable university.
- Strong communication skills - Fluently spoken and written English required.
- Strong interpersonal skills; candidates should be comfortable meeting partners, training them, and presenting their results.
- Strong problem-solving skills: candidates should be comfortable with dealing with complaints and challenges and finding solutions for our Partners.
- Must have a valid driving license in the UAE.
- Candidates will be expected to present references from his/her previous employer.
