Description:
We are seeking to hire a dynamic and self-motivated Partner Success Officer to work with our client, an Ecommerce company at an exciting stage of exponential growth. You will be responsible for the successful onboarding, retention, growth and quality of the Partners on our platform
Responsibilities
- Onboarding new Partners, delivering training and orientation programs for new Partners on the platform
- Reporting on Partners’ performance and meeting with them on a monthly basis to discuss their performance
- Monitoring Partners and providing additional training or incentives where needed
- Ensuring deployment of all platform’s tools and new features with all Partners, and helping to use them in the correct manner
- Provide input on potential improvements to Operations and Product team by monitoring KPIs
- Solving day to day issues that may arise with Partners in the delivery of services to the end-user
Background required:
- 3+ years experience in a similar role (Account Management/Partner Operations etc).
- Experience in an Online-Based/ E-Commerce company is a plus.
- Strong communication skills - Fluently spoken and written English required.
- Strong interpersonal skills; candidates should be comfortable meeting partners, training them, and presenting their results.
- Strong problem-solving skills: candidates should be comfortable with dealing with complaints and challenges and finding solutions for our Partners.
- Must have a valid driving license in the UAE.
