Hiring Patient Relation Officer for Derma & Aesthetic Clinic located in #Dubai
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Patient Relations Officer with a primary focus on in-house cross-sale initiatives. As a key member of our healthcare facility, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with patients to enhance their experience and maximize revenue opportunities through cross-selling.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty.
- Engage with patients to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns.
- Provide personalized assistance and support to patients throughout their healthcare journey.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional services, products, or upgrades to existing patients.
- Collaborate with different departments, including marketing and sales, to develop cross-selling campaigns and promotions.
- Track and analyze cross-selling metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Act as a liaison between patients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in patient relations and cross-selling.
- Uphold compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in all patient interactions and cross-selling efforts.
- Continuously strive to exceed targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
- Coordination with Marketing Team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare management, or related field.
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse patient populations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and embrace continuous learning and improvement.
- Languages: English and Arabic.
- Salary ranges 6k-10k based on experience.
