Payroll And Personnel Section Head

 

Description:

• Ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing while adhering to internal processes, laws, and company deadlines.
• Supervise and audit overtime sheets for blue/white-collar employees, ensuring alignment with company policies and labor law.
• Prepare and calculate final settlements for resigned employees.
• Manage personnel activities and maintain strong relations with government authorities (labor office, social insurance, medical insurance, etc.).
• Handle government claims (annual & semi-annual) and prepare reports for government agencies.
• Oversee personnel processing (Forms 1, 2, 6, Work Permits) to ensure legal compliance and timely submissions.
• Process social insurance payments monthly.
• Maintain employee files and build a robust document archiving system.
• Manage employee leave records and ensure proper leave management processes.
• Prepare monthly HR reports (Payroll, OT, Absence Rate, Social Insurance Rate, etc.).
• Update HRIS (HITS) with employee lifecycle information, including personal data and benefits.
• Oversee employee terminations, clearance payments, and termination records.

Job Requirements:
• Proven experience in Payroll and Personnel or a similar role.
• Current knowledge of payroll and personnel procedures and relevant laws.
• Proficiency in HR software/HRIS (HITS) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Must own a car.
