We’re Hiring: People and Culture Assistant Manager/Manager

Location: Sharjah

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Learning & Development initiatives for employee growth.
  • Oversee performance management processes.
  • Manage HR operations, including policy creation and payroll coordination.
  • Assist in recruitment and collaborate with department heads.
  • Drive employee engagement with effective onboarding and team-building events.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years in HR (Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Operations)
  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Management; MBA in HR is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and Sharjah governmental policies
  • Family Book required
  • Leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
