Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Digital Media Expert that has an unparalleled understanding of paid and organic media channels: PPC, Paid Social, SEO (desired) and Display. You’ll likely come from a Digital Marketing / digital agency background and have a keen interest in understanding how to reach audiences through digital media channels.
So, what will you get up to in the role?
· Create cross channel neutral media strategies and media plans, primarily in digital
· Define and maintain audience and data approaches, providing ongoing strategic recommendations and optimisation
· Run paid media campaigns across PPC, Paid Social & Display to achieve agreed KPIs
· Manage client budgets and investments across the media sphere
· Campaign set up, implementation, optimisation and reporting across relevant channels
· Set up reporting and ROI tracking within internal tracking systems and Google Analytics.
· Deliver insight led reports using analytical data to clients to assist in evolving the media approach, providing strategic feedback and learnings from campaign activity
· Regular internal reporting on client account metrics, billings, and aggregate performance.
· Monitor and report on campaign performance and continually make improvement recommendations to the clients and internal teams.
· Interface regularly with the Strategic Partner Manager at Google, Facebook and other key partners.
· Support the team with Pitches, upselling opportunities, presentations and reporting.
· Work closely with digital planning units to make sure that deliverables are achievable and accurate.
The skills you’ll need
· A minimum of 3 years experience working in a similar role
· Comprehensive understanding of paid channels including search, display (direct & programmatic) and paid social
· Experience using Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Marketing platform (DV360) & Twitter
· Experience in managing campaigns from developing clear strategies and rationale, optimising for performance and reporting back on key learnings
· GA certified or has experience in GA and other analytics software's (adobe, etc.).
· Excellent knowledge of the digital landscape with the ability to discuss a clear point of view on trends and opportunities for upcoming client campaigns
· Experience using research tools to inform media plans (e.g TGI, Facebook IQ, Google Trends etc)
· Well versed with Excel, ability to analyze and manipulate mass data.
