Hiring Personal Assistant to CEO – Mandarin/English Bilingual

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Personal Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Mandarin and English, and have experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and prioritize meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other correspondence as needed
  • Assist with personal tasks, such as managing household staff and running errands
  • Liaise with clients, partners, and other stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and long hours as needed
