I am looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Personal Assistant to join my team and play a pivotal role in managing and starting future businesses. The ideal candidate should possess a unique combination of skills, including social media marketing, accounting knowledge, exceptional organizational abilities, a great sales personality to bring in more corporate sales, relationship development and management and the capability to adapt quickly to different business domains. If you are a multitasker, proficient in English and Arabic, and hold a UAE driving license, I would love to hear from you. Currently running a business in the chocolates, flowers and gifting markets with more ideas for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of multiple businesses, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies and create content to promote our brands on platforms such as Meta (facebook), Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat etc
- Handle accounting tasks, including financial record keeping and budget management.
- Act as a personal secretary, managing appointments, and handling email correspondence.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to expand our reach with corporate clients and other businesses.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients for bulk orders and generating more business revenue.
- Multilingual proficiency in English and Arabic for effective communication.
- Possession of a UAE driving license strongly favoured.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in social media marketing and advertising, preferably in the retail or gifting industry.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a track record of successful ad campaigns.
- Proficiency in using social media advertising tools and analytics platforms.
- An understanding of all major social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
- Strong creative skills to design eye-catching content.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to various business domains.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic and interpersonal skills for corporate client sales interactions.
- UAE driving license preferred.
