ECOSS Consulting, a premier HR advisory and recruitment firm, is on the lookout for a dedicated Personal Assistant on behalf of our client, an innovative Law firm based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess an excellent command of English and proficiency in at least one other language: Arabic, Russian, Italian, Chinese, German, or French.
This role demands a professional with at least 5 years of prior experience in Dubai, capable of bringing both professionalism and cultural insight to the table.
Key Qualifications:
- Multilingual Proficiency: Outstanding command of English and fluency in one of the following languages: Arabic, Russian, Italian, Chinese, German, or French.
- Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in Dubai, showcasing an understanding of the local business environment and culture.
- Technical Skills: A tech-savvy individual adept in utilizing CRMs, Slack, and WhatsApp Business accounts; proficient in drafting briefs/reports, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and basic accounting tasks.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication abilities, politeness, a sense of humour, and the capability to maintain superior standards in interpersonal relationships.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrates hard work, loyalty, project-driven focus, and a commitment to excellence.
- Social Values: A demonstrated dedication to social values and morals, evidenced through previous work with NGOs, charities, or participation in philanthropic activities.
