Hiring P.A. to CEO – Personal Assistant to group chairman

  • bilingual Arabic and English
  • Location: Abu Dhabi

As a real estate company based in Abu Dhabi we are looking for a Personal Assistant to the Group CEO. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the CEO’s calendar and scheduling appointments
  • Handling all correspondence and communication on behalf of the CEO
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for the CEO
  • Attending meetings and taking detailed notes
  • Providing general support to the CEO as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Real estate background is preferred
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
