Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a prominent family in Ajman. This is a demanding yet rewarding role requiring exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges. You will work closely with the Chairman and his family, managing their daily lives and ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of all personal and professional matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal & Family Management:
- Manage the Chairman and family members' daily schedules, including appointments, meetings, and social engagements.
- Coordinate and execute travel arrangements, including international and domestic flights, hotel bookings, visa applications, and ground transportation.
- Organize and manage household logistics, including property maintenance, staff management, and household errands.
- Assist with personal errands and shopping as required.
- Plan and execute family events, celebrations, and social gatherings.
- Business Support:
- Provide administrative support during the Chairman's business travels, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing presentations.
- Assist with the coordination of business meetings and events.
- Manage confidential documents and maintain accurate records.
- General Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they arise.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, service providers, and other relevant contacts.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all family affairs.
Qualifications:
- Essential:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant to high-net-worth individuals or families.
- Deep understanding of luxury travel, hospitality, and event planning.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on achieving results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Must be a highly motivated and proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic.
- Must possess a valid UAE driving license and own a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Impeccable discretion and confidentiality.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Desirable:
- Experience in managing international travel logistics.
- Knowledge of local customs and etiquette in Ajman and the UAE.
