Description:
Spectrum Cube provides complete MEP, ELV, ICT, and Fire Life Safety Building Services Solutions from the initial Project Concept Design stage to the handover to the Facility Management Contract.
Our in-house experienced resources, comprising Design Development, Value Engineering, Detailed Engineering, Drafting, Project Management, and Skilled Supervision, are dedicated to handling all construction challenges and meeting specific client requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and schedule meetings
- Make travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Assist with personal tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
