Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels.
*Assess customers' financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.
*Present and explain loan options, addressing customer questions and concerns.
*Guide customers through the loan application process efficiently.
*Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
*Achieve or surpass sales targets and goals.
*Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS:
*Minimum 2-3 years of UAE sales experience in Personal Loans.
*Proven track record in sales.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close sales and overcome objections.
*Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
*Sound knowledge of personal loan products, lending processes, and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
*Valid UAE DRiving license
*Bachelors Degree
